We collect, use and are responsible for certain personal information about you. When we do so we are subject to various laws in the United States.

2. Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies
Cookies
Cookies are small text files of information stored by the Internet browser on your computer’s hard drive. We may use these cookies to collect browsing data to keep track of your preferences and profile information and to collect general usage and volume statistical information. Our cookies do not collect personal or confidential information and are not spyware.
There are a number of different types of cookies, however, our Site uses:

However, in a few cases, some of our Site features may not function as a result. Essential cookies cannot be rejected, as they are strictly necessary to provide you with our Site.
3. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) signal setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities sold or shared. At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signal. However, we are committed to providing you with meaningful choices about the information on our Site for third party purposes and that is why we provide the variety of other opt-out mechanisms described in this Policy. We do not currently support the GPC mechanism, however, we do not sell or share your personal data for targeted advertising.
4. Promotional Communications
We may use your personal information to send you updates (by email, text message, telephone or post) about our products and services, including exclusive offers, promotions or new products and services.
We have a legitimate interest in processing your personal information for promotional purposes (see below “How and why we use your personal information”). This means we do not usually need your consent to send you promotional communications. However, where consent is needed, we will ask for this consent separately and clearly.
We will always treat your personal information with the utmost respect and never sell or share it with other organizations outside the Company for marketing purposes.
You have the right to opt out of receiving promotional communications at any time by:
- Contacting us by using one of the methods listed in the “How to Contact Us” Section below; or
- Using the “unsubscribe” link in emails or “STOP” number in texts.
We may ask you to confirm or update your marketing preferences if you instruct us to provide further products and services in the future, or if there are changes in the law, regulation, or the structure of our business.

We collect most of this personal information directly from you in person, by telephone, text or email and via our Site. However, we may also collect information:

- Via our IT systems, including:

We may also anonymize, aggregate or de-identify personal information so the end-product does not identify you or any other individual. Such aggregated, anonymized or de-identified information is not considered personal information for purposes of this Privacy Policy and we may use it for any purpose. For example, we may use this information to generate norms by industry, geography, level, etc., enable us to understand where our services are being utilized, conduct ongoing validation studies, compile reports, and improve the services.
7. Who We Share Your Personal Information With
We routinely share personal information with:
- Our Affiliates and Subsidiaries. We disclose your personal information to other entities within our family of brands to fulfill any purpose described in this Privacy Policy.
- Our Business Partners. We disclose your personal information to other companies with whom we partner to provide the Site and our services, to promote our products, services, offers, contests, or other promotions to our customers, and carry out other activities described in this Privacy Policy.
- Our Service Providers. We disclose your personal information to third parties that provide business, professional, or technical support services to us and/or administer activities on our behalf.
- Our Analytics Providers. We disclose your personal information to parties that assist us in performing analytics and help us measure the effectiveness of the Site and our marketing and advertising efforts.
- Our Marketing and Advertising Partners. We disclose your personal information to our marketing and advertising partners, including social media networks, third-party advertising networks, and other parties that assist us in serving, measuring the performance of, and optimizing our advertisements.
- Public posting and social sharing. When you post public comments on our Site, on public forums like our social media sites, blogs, and online reviews, your comments are accessible by other members of the public.
- Social media logins and other integrations. When you log into your customer account using your social media account credentials, or use other social media services with us, your personal information will be disclosed to the social media account provider in connection with your login. By doing so, you authorize us to facilitate this sharing of information, and you understand that this sharing is governed by the social media site’s privacy policy that you used to log into your account.
- Governmental and Public Authorities. We disclose your personal information to government and public authorities as necessary or permitted by the laws of any jurisdiction in which we operate, including in response to a subpoena, court order, investigative demand, request for cooperation from a law enforcement agency, or similar request from a self-regulatory body or government agency.
- Relevant Third Parties in Connection with a Business Transaction. We may disclose or otherwise transfer your personal information to an acquirer, successor, or assignee as part of any merger, acquisition, debt financing, sale of assets, or similar transaction as well as in the event of any insolvency, bankruptcy, or receivership in which information is transferred to one or more third parties as one of our business assets.
We only allow our service providers to handle your personal information if we are satisfied they take appropriate measures to protect your personal information. We also impose contractual obligations on service providers relating to ensure they can only use your personal information to provide services to us and to you.
We may also need to share some personal information with other parties to the extent we believe it is necessary or appropriate to (1) protect our operations and those of our affiliates and subsidiaries; (2) investigate and prevent against fraud and other illegal activity; (3) protect our rights, privacy, safety, property, and/or those of others; or (4) allow us to pursue available remedies or limit damages that we may sustain.
We may disclose your personal information for other reasons described at the time of information collection or prior to disclosing your information. Additionally, we may disclose your personal information with your consent or when you direct us to do so.
Except as set forth above, we will not share your personal information with any other third party.
8. How Long Your Personal Information Will Be Kept
We will keep your personal information while you have an account with us or while we are providing products and services to you. Thereafter, we will keep your personal information for as long as is necessary:
- To respond to any questions, complaints or claims made by you or on your behalf;
- To show that we treated you fairly;
- To improve our security or detect and prevent fraud; or
- To comply with legal or regulatory obligations or to keep records required by law.
We will not retain your personal information for longer than necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. Different retention periods apply for different types of personal information. To determine the appropriate retention period for personal information, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of personal information; the potential risk from unauthorized use or disclosure of the personal information; the purpose(s) for which we use or may use the personal information; whether we can achieve the purpose(s) through other means; and the applicable legal requirements.
When it is no longer necessary to retain your personal information, we will delete or anonymize it. If we anonymize or de-identify information, we will maintain and use the information in anonymize or de-identified form and not attempt to re-identify the information except as required or permitted by law.
9. Children and our Site
Our Site is not directed to children, and you may not use our Site if you are under the age of 13. If you are under 13, do not use our services, access the Site, or provide any information about yourself including, without limitation, your name, address, email address or any screen name or user name you may use. If we learn that we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, we will purge such information from our database and cancel the corresponding accounts. 10. Keeping Your Personal Information Secure
We use reasonable and appropriate physical, technical, and administrative safeguards to protect your information from unauthorized use, access, loss, misuse, alteration, or destruction. We endeavor to protect the personal information we receive, gather and store, by such means as password protection, firewalls and other means. We limit access to your personal information to those who have a genuine business need to access it. Those processing your information will do so only in an authorized manner and are subject to a duty of confidentiality. We also require that third party service providers acting on our behalf or with whom we share your information also provide appropriate security measures in accordance with industry standards. We also have procedures in place to deal with any suspected data security breach. We will notify you and any applicable regulator of a suspected data security breach where we are legally required to do so.
Please note, however, no system can be completely secure and transmissions over the internet are never entirely secure. Therefore, although we take steps to secure your information, we cannot guarantee your information, searches, or other communications will always remain secure. Any such transmission of information by you over the internet is at your own risk.

Information may be held at our offices, third party agencies, service providers, representatives and agents as described above (see above: “Who We Share Your Personal Information with”).
12. A Note to Users Outside of the United States
Company is headquartered in the United States of America (U.S.) and utilizes service providers in the United States. The Site is not intended for Site visitors outside the U.S. If you are a non-U.S. user of the Site, by visiting the Site and providing us with data, you acknowledge and agree that your personal information may be processed for the purposes identified in this Privacy Policy. If you choose to access our Site outside the U.S., Company and our service providers may transfer your personal information to, or access it in, jurisdictions that may not provide equivalent levels of data protection as your home jurisdiction. In particular, you are advised that the U.S. uses a sectoral model of privacy protection that relies on a mix of legislation, governmental regulation, and self-regulation.
